Understanding the NetMeeting
NetMeeting provided desktop audio/video sharing, chat and file transfer functionalities. NetMeeting was initially associated with later Internet Explorer (IE) 3 versions and IE 4.0’s early version.This was before free IM clients were the norm. NetMeeting is now no longer used in any significant sense.
